Welcome to our Team of Chefs who between them have a wealth of knowledge and talent, all having worked in Michelin restaurants.

Malcolm Whybrow owner and Head Chef brings a vast experience of fine dining and being the first English restaurant to included in the Michelin Guide 1981. Matthew Buscombe having worked with John Burton Race at the New Angel, Dartmouth. Toby Mosedale our new chef having worked at Le Gavroche restaurant and Gidleigh Park Hotel. Lastly, home grown talent Tom Smyth. Between us we hop to serve you the finest dishes using the very vest local producers and suppliers.

Please also note that as our seafood is freshly caught prices can fluctuate according to market conditions.
