Malcolm Whybrow owner and Head Chef
brings a vast experience of fine dining and being the first English restaurant
to included in the Michelin Guide 1981. Matthew Buscombe having worked with John
Burton Race at the New Angel, Dartmouth. Toby Mosedale our new chef having worked
at Le Gavroche restaurant and Gidleigh Park Hotel. Lastly, home grown talent Tom
Smyth. Between us we hop to serve you the finest dishes using the very vest local
producers and suppliers.
